By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Call to Heaven™ provides a platform for users to create, store, and share personal messages, voice recordings, and digital legacy content for future delivery.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials 
• All activities that occur under your account 

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including messages, recordings, and media.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and transmit your content 
• Deliver your content as directed through your selected trusted contact 

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation 
• Infringes on the rights of others 
• Is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate 

Call to Heaven™ allows you to designate a trusted contact to assist in delivering your messages.

You acknowledge:

• You are responsible for selecting and authorizing your trusted contact 
• We are not responsible for actions taken by your trusted contact 

Some features may require payment or subscription.

• Payments will be charged through your Apple ID account 
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period 
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings 

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted access 
• That delivery of messages will always occur without delay or issue 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call to Heaven™ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
• Loss of data, messages, or content 
• Emotional distress related to use of the Service 

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
